Such Great Heights

I feel very thankful. What do I feel thankful for, you ask? Well, let me tell you, friend!

Today I had an interview for Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft, and I got it. Granted, it's a new store, so a LOT of people got it. This doesn't subtract from my excitement, though. I don't start until April 22nd, however, so it looks like I'll be at BevMo a while longer. I'm still unsure what to do on that front - stay at both? Who knows, we'll see.

I'm thankful for Jimbo and Michaela Hines. They're such sweet people - if you don't know them you're truly missing out. For no specific reason they surprised Chris and me with a AMC gift card and candy! Perfect timing, too, as they delivered said surprise on Saturday while I was enduring my first day of work, and let me tell you, that was a great thing to come home to that evening.

I'm thankful that I got to go on a date with my husband today - we used the AMC gift card. Seeing movies is one of my all time favorite things to do so it was pretty glorious.

I'm thankful for getting to spend so much time with such great friends. Tonight is movie night again with the Krenzs. More people that you ought to know!

I'm thankful that my peas are growing so well! It's very surprising how quickly they've grown, and I'm now starting to see the actually peas growing from the constantly-climbing stem! This is very exciting.

Life is such a roller coaster, but I'm thankful to be up high rather than down low. Or... maybe not, since I'm terrified of heights.
